 ● All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
 ● Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. In case we are encountering a high
 volume of orders, shipments might be postponed by a couple of days. Please allow
 additional days in transit for delivery.
 ● On the off chance that there will be a postponement in the shipment of your request, we
 will get in touch with you via email or phone.
Preezmo.com.com isn't obligated for any damaged or lost items during delivery. If you receive
 your order is damaged in that case please contact the shipping company to file a complaint.
 Also, save the original packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.


 SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION


 You will get a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing
 your tracking number.


 PAYMENTS
 If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of
 purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same
 account.
