● Normally, Prepaid orders are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days in all metro cities and within 5-7 working days in the rest of India from the date of dispatch.
● All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working
   day.
● We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays.
● To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we
 ship through the best shipping companies.
● In case none of the private services are delivered in your area, we ship through
   India-Post (Speed- Post) after confirming by the customers.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS:


 PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PACKAGE RECEIVED IN
 OTHER TO CLAIM ANY RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THE
 VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PACKAGE IN CASE YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT.
 IT WILL BE EASIER FOR YOU TO CLAIM RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 .
 PLEASE NOTE: In case of returns and refunds we require an unboxing video of your package received (as proof). Without the video, we won’t be able to initiate returns or refunds .


 ● To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
    received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items are only refundable if the
    product is damaged or broken.
 ● In case the ordered item is delivered to the customer and the customer wants to replace
    or return for their order, the refund will be initiated after deducting the order return
    delivery charges.
 ● In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us an
    unboxing video and photos of the damaged product with the original box and invoice
    within 24 hours of receiving your order
 .
 ● To return or exchange a product or report any harm on the way, please reach out to our
    customer care at  Support@preezmo.com  within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide
    your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, an unboxing video, and images
    of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care will investigate the issue
    and will react to you within 48 working hours.
 ● Tampered goods will not be eligible for returns and replacements.
 ● Note: No return, replacement, and refund request will be processed after 24 hours of
    delivery if not contacted within the time frame.
 ● We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for
    the same item, send us an email at  Support@preezmo.com  and also you have to bear
    the to & from delivery charges.
 ● Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be
    refunded. A few kinds of merchandise are excluded from being returned. Perishable
    goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
